We seek equity investments that will grow substantially over a 3-5 year period and then provide an opportunity for us to exit the investment via either a trade-sale to another company, or via a listing on a stock-exchange.

Our investments must meet the following criteria:

• must have strong IP position (ie. patents filed)
• a world-class technical team that is committed to transferring from the research institution or company to the new venture
• high growth potential

Our venture investments are typically spin-off companies from R&D institutions.

We will consider investment opportunities from a broad range of the physical-sciences and the life-sciences.
